I Found Solutions To Chronic Fatigue, Crohn's & Celiac Disease

I had chronic fatigue and Crohn's disease at one point. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease.

I had all these different random things that I didn't know fell under the same umbrella.

And so in reading the book, I cried.

The first book was the Thyroid Healing book.

And I just, I melted down because I realized that all of these things were absolutely connected.

And there was a solution that was not just spending more thousands of more dollars on all these doctors I was visiting and all these blood draws and a crazy amount of energy spent on that too.

So I felt like, okay, well, I can do this and be a mom. I can make new food.

And, like, the bonus is that I was like starting to help people around me too while I was healing because I'm like, oh, I know information to help this person now.

And it was really fulfilling for me because I feel like it's part of my life purpose is to help people heal.

Even though I was so sick for so long, I think that's what made me, you know, be more drawn to that anyway.
